The housing estate “Violetas del Teide” is situated in Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife North) in the favoured residential area of “La Paz”, approximately 80 m above sea level, where there is a balanced climate. Among other things the Botanic Garden is close by here. The small, quiet residential arrangement "Violetas del Teide" was built in the middle of the 90ties and is no arrangement with hotel company or tour operator, but has a purely private character. It is inhabited by different nationalities. A semitropical cultivated communal garden with a pool heated in winter (approx. 26 degrees) also belongs to the arrangement.
The apartment “Viola” is situated on the 1st floor and has a large (33 m˛) south/west facing terrace. An open kitchen, bath,
living-room and 1 bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cms) result in approx. 57 square meters living space. A bed-settee in
the living room offers an other comfortable place to sleep for a 3rd person.
If requested a (travel-) baby cot can also be made available.
The fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric oven and ceramic-hob, extractor hood, microwave;
coffee maker, toaster, etc. as well as plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans … are self evident.
The bath is equipped with a shower in the bathtub. Bed-linen, table-clothes and towels are
sufficient available likewise a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A large television with digital receiver (ASTRA) and an internet access (WLAN)
complete the apartment.
There is also a safe for all the important little things.
In approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk one reaches within La Paz several supermarkets, restaurants, banks, physicians and a pharmacy, bus stop and a lot more. To the centre and to the beaches of Puerto de la Cruz it is 1 - 3 km.
