The housing estate “Tenerife Garden” is situated in Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife North) in the favoured residential area of “La Paz”, approximately 80 m above sea level, where there is a balanced climate. Among other things the Botanic Garden is directly next door. “Tenerife Garden” was built at the beginning of the 90s still with a large garden and in the canary style, which gives this housing estate the popular and typical flair. The 4 terraced buildings with altogether approx. 150 apartments surround the sub-tropically cultivated community garden, in whose centre the large rectangular and from November to April heated swimming pool is located. It is a development with a private ambience – no hotel or tourist trade.
The apartment “Rosa” is situated in the raised ground floor and has a private garden with two east and south/west
facing terraces. A separate kitchen, bath, living room and 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200 cm) result in approx. 65 square meter
living space. A bed-settee and a folding bed in the living room offer further amply sleep opportunities up to five persons.
If requested a (travel-) baby cot can also be made available.
The fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric oven and ceramic-hob, extractor hood, microwave;
coffee maker, toaster, etc. as well as plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans … are self evident.
The bath is equipped with a shower in the bathtub. Bed-linen, table-clothes and towels are
sufficient available likewise iron and ironing board. There is also a safe for all the important
little things.
A large television with digital receiver complete the apartment. Optional at extra cost an Internet connection (DSL, Wifi)
is available.
In approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk one reaches within La Paz several supermarkets, restaurants, banks, physicians and a pharmacy, bus stop and a lot more. To the centre and to the beaches of Puerto de la Cruz it is 1 - 3 km.
